Great for Heat Rash Too May 29, 2008
Honestly, until I went searching for this stuff, I never realized how much it could be used for. My mother used this on all three of us as kids for heat rash and once I had my daughter I went looking for it. Couldn't find it anywhere until I found it here. It works just as well as my Mom promised. My daughter's heat rash was significantly reduced in no time and she was a lot more comfortable. So glad it's still available.

I have been using Mexsana for years. My husband asked our druggest to stock it for me and there was always a can there even after my husband passed away. This continued for a number of years until the drug store moved and the favored druggist also passed away. Now I am pleased that I can order Mexsana from Amazon.

It is the only thing that works when my skin is irritated from shaving. It cools the red bumps that form the rash and it is super for absorbing moisture and helps control odor due to perspiration. Too bad it is hard to find in stores. Something old that still is the best and you can hardly find it. Glad Amazon has it.
Awesome for diaper rashes April 17, 2007
A friend who I babysit for brought this product to use on her son. I put it on before his nap, and his diaper rash was significantly improved within about 2 hours. I had the same experience this morning when she lent it to me for use on my daughter. She's had a terrible rash for days, and this is the only thing that has been able to touch it. I'm ordering more for both of us as we can't seem to find it in the local drugstore anymore. It's a great product!!
