I was thrilled to find this after-market drum for my copier. After spending a fortune buying the factory replacements, this was a thrill. It works perfectly and was about half the price of what I had been paying. It arrived quickly and the communications from the company were as promised.

i placed this order like over a month ago and im still waiting for my order and so far i haven't been contacted by the seller or amazon to give me a reason for delay. i've sent emails and tried to call but no answers as of yet. this is the worst expeirence ever.
